Student absences can be advised by
- responding to the text message or email sent when your child is absent.
phoning the school on (02) 9634-4199, if after hours please leave a message detailing your name and contact number, the name of your student and their year, the date of absence and the reason for their absence or sms to 0476 857 191
- emailing details of the absence castlehill-h.school@det.nsw.edu.au
- writing a note and giving to the Pastoral Care Teacher or handing the note in to Timetable Room.
Parents must provide an explanation to the school within 7 days of the first day of any absence period.
If your son/daughter is absent for more than 3 days they need to supply a letter signed by their parent/carer upon their return.
