Our principal and staff
Our school team is committed to every student’s learning, wellbeing and sense of belonging. We work together to create a supportive and inclusive school where every child is set up for success.
Welcome from our principal
“Welcome to Castle Hill High School. My name is Georgina Cuthbertson and I am very proud and honoured to be the Principal of an outstanding educational institution that gives every student the opportunity to thrive academically and holistically. Castle Hill High School is renowned for its outstanding HSC and academic results.
Our school challenges minds and builds character. As a school community we have high expectations in regards to all staff and students. Respect and excellence underpin teaching and learning in an environment that is safe, caring and ambitious. We pride ourselves with our long-standing history, our students, parents, staff, values and culture.
Our school has a strong student leadership body that model high expectations and mentor all students to strive for academic excellence and model citizenship. At Castle Hill High School students are enthusiastically engaged and invested in their education. They display strong ethics and standards and are active citizens beyond the school gates.
Castle Hill High School Parents and Citizens Association (P&C), parents and community are valued contributors to our school. The P&C provide ongoing funding through contributions and grants that support the school maintaining high standards in regards to its facilities and resources. With it being well known that parental involvement in a child’s education has a positive effect on their academic and holistic growth, parent and community voice is highly valued at our school.
Castle Hill High School's success is attributable to the collective whole school efficacy towards high expectations in teaching and learning. I am honoured to oversee the quality of our leadership, teaching and non-teaching staff who through their dedication ensure that our school provides an outstanding education to every student in every classroom.
We welcome input from all of our school community. Your voice is Castle Hill High School’s future."
